We hire applicants with at least two years of caregiving experience in addition to their certifications (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Certified Caregivers, etc.). Many are also retired nurses and other professionals.
Licensed and Insured
All Shalom Family Care staff are licensed, insured, and undergo screening during the hiring process to ensure the safety of our patients.
Our caregivers are licensed and insured W2 employees, not contractors. We conduct criminal background checks and verify employment references during the hiring process.
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we strive to provide you with a compatible match. However, if you are not satisfied with the caregiver we have provided, please inform us, and we will be happy to schedule a replacement.
Flexible Scheduling
Schedule a caregiver for as little as 2 consecutive hours or up to full-time support services 24 hours a day! (weekdays, weekends, holidays, etc.)
